Orders and Payments
Once you have placed your order, we will package and post your item to the address specified during your purchase. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes. We ask that you check the address before completing your payment.
You will receive an email to acknowledge that we have received your order and a second email once your item(s) have been dispatched.

Returns
We hope you will always be delighted with your purchases from York Apothecary. However, if there is any problem, you may return a product within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@yorkapothecary.co.uk to discuss it further. Please note, the product must be in new condition for a return to be eligible and you will need to pay the delivery cost of returning the item.
